Damon for House District 25

Damon Eubanks is a Huntsville native, Army veteran, defense industry professional, small business owner, and father of three running for Alabama House District 25 to strengthen public schools, support small businesses, expand affordable housing and healthcare, and raise wages for working families. A first-generation college graduate of Jacksonville State University with a master’s from the University of Georgia, Damon served alongside his wife in the U.S. Army before returning home to raise their family. His commitment to public service includes grassroots advocacy like helping modernize Alabama’s beer laws and founding a local small business, and he now works at Redstone Arsenal supporting the Army. Damon is running to deliver practical solutions and focus on improving everyday life for Alabamians, not political grandstanding.

Key Issues

Affordability: Alabama families need real relief from rising grocery, utility, and housing costs. I will fight to lower everyday expenses, raise wages with a state minimum wage, and make the overtime tax exemption permanent so working people can keep more of what they earn.

Healthcare: Every Alabamian deserves affordable, reliable healthcare. I will fight to expand Medicaid, close the coverage gap, and strengthen rural hospitals. I support universal healthcare coverage for all children so no child goes without care.

EducationAlabama must fully fund public schools and put students first. I will fight to raise teacher pay and benefits to attract and retain strong educators. Our classrooms should focus on learning, not politics, so every child is prepared to succeed.

Infrastructure: North Alabama is growing fast. I will fight for our fair share of state funding to improve roads, highways, and transportation, reduce congestion, and plan responsibly so our communities stay strong, connected, and ready for the future.
